902 Budget Amend Killion Construction CITY OF YELM
ORDINANCE NO. 902
AN OR~iNaNCE amending the City of Yelm 2009-2010 Budget as adopted by
Ordinance No. 898 and am ended by Ordinance 901, increasing the K illion Road
Improvement Fund 310 budget appropriation an d declaring an effective date
WHEREas, the Killion Road Improvement Fund 310 requires $74,118 in additional appropriations
to pay remaining construction costs for the completion of Local Improvement District #2; and
Whereas, the Fu nd has sufficient cash available for these remaining expenses; and
Now, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Yelm do ordain as follows:
Section 1. The Killion Road Improvement Fund (Fund 310) 2009-10 Budget Appropriation
shall be amended by increasing the appropriation in the amount of $74,118.

Section 2. Effective Date. This Ordinance shall take effect five days after passage,
approval, and publication.
Section 3. Ratify and Confirmation Clause. Any action taken pursuant to this Ordinance but
prior to the effective date hereby ratified and confirmed.
