906 Budget Amend KillionCITY OF YELM
ORDINANCE NO. 906
AN ORDINANCE amending the City of Yelm 2009-2010 Budget as adopted by
Ordinance No. 898 and amended by Ordinance 901 and Ordinance 902,
increasing the Killion Road Improvement Fund 310 budget appropriation and
declaring an effective date
WHEREaS, the Killion Road Improvement Fund 310 requires $20,601 in additional appropriations
to pay remaining construction costs for the completion of Local Improvement District #2; and
Whereas, the Fund has sufficient cash available for these remaining expenses; and
Now, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Yelm do ordain as follows:
Section 1. The Killion Road Improvement Fund (Fund 310) 2009-10 Budget Appropriation
shall be amended by increasing the appropriation in the amount of $20,601.

Section 2. Effective Date. This Ordinance shall take effect five days after passage,
approval, and publication.
Section 3. Ratify and Confirmation Clause. Any action taken pursuant to this Ordinance but
prior to the effective date is hereby ratified and confirmed.
Adopted by the Yelm City Council at a regular meeting thereof this 9'h day of June, 2009.
