594 InLieu of Medical CITY OF YELM
ORDINANCE NO. 594
AN ORDINANCE amending the City of Yelm 1997 Budget, Ordinance
No. 588 (12/96), and the Employee Salary Schedule, Section 2, Appendix
II, by increasing an employee's salary $100 per month in lieu of
participation in the City's medical insurance program.
The City Council of the City of Yelm, Washington do ordain as follows:
Section 1. The City of Yelm 1997 Budget, Ordinance No. 588, and Salary Schedule,
Appendix II annexed to and incorporated therein by reference, are amended by the addition of
one hundred dollars ($100) per month in lieu of medical insurance for the period of time for
which the listed employee forgoes inclusion in the City's medical insurance plan.

Section 2. Effective Date. This Ordinance shall take effect five days after the date of its
