598 Historic Preservation Commission CITY OF YELM
ORDINANCE NO. 598
AN ORDINANCE relating to the creation of the Yelm Historic Preservation
Commission, amending Section 15.28.030 of the Yelm Municipal Code and
repealing and replacing Ordinance No. 355 (6/89).
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF YELM, THURSTON
COUNTY, WASHINGTON:
Section 1. Amendment. Section 15.28.030 of the Yelm Municipal Code, and
the corresponding part of Section 4, Paragraph A. Creation and Size, of City of Yelm
Ordinance No. 333 are hereby amended by deleting the following language:
There is hereby established a Yelm Historic Preservation Commission consisting
of no more than s~e~en- f7) members,
and by substituting in the place and stead of the preceding deleted language, the following
language:
There is hereby established a Yelm Historic Preservation Commission consisting
of no more than i t (g) members,
Section 2. Effective Date. This Ordinance shall take effect five days
following publication.
