599 Prairie Creek Remove Lots CITY OF YELM
ORDINANCE NO. 599
AN ORDINANCE amending Ordinance No. 595, as adopted on January 8, 1997, by removing
Lots 56 and 57, Prairie Creek Subdivision as lots that experienced flooding during the January
and November 1996 flooding events.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF YELM DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Exhibit "B" of Ordinance No. 595 shall be amended to remove lots 56 and 57,
Prairie Creek Subdivision.
Section 2. This ordinance shall become effective 5 days following publication as prescribed
by law.
