645 ERU FEE CITY OF YELM
ORDINANCE NO. 645
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF YELM REPEALING AND REPLACING
TABLE 1, SECTION 2A, SUBSECTION B OF ORDINANCE 553 AND YELM
MUNICIPAL CODE SECTION 13.04.120 AND SETTING A NEW
EQUIVALENT RESIDENTIAL UNIT FEE RECEIVED BY THE WATER
CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT RESERVE FUND.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Yelm has determined that a "Equivalent
Residential Unit" (ERU) fee be assessed to fund future services and required repairs; and,
WHEREAS, fees established in 1995 have been evaluated and an increase in the fee
schedule is both reasonable and prudent.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
YELM, THURSTON COUNTY, WASHINGTON, as follows:
SECTION 1. City of Yelm Ordinance No. 553 and Yelm Municipal Code Section
13.04.120 are hereby amended by repealing Table 1,

TABLE 1
Section 2. Effective date. This ordinance shall be in full force and take effect on
January 1, 1999.
Section 3. Savings Clause Table 1 of Ordinance 553 shall remain in force and effect
until the effective date of this ordinance.
Section 4. Severability If any section, subsection, paragraph, clause or phrase of
this ordinance is declared unconstitutional or invalid for any reason, such decision shall
not affect the validity of the remaining portions.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Yelm at a regular meeting thereof on the 9t" day
of December 1998.
