643 Amend Budget 98 CITY OF YELM
ORDINANCE N0.643
AN ORDINANCE amending the 1998 Budget, as adopted by Ordinance 610 on
December 10, 1997, by increasing the appropriations of funds that received
revenue and made expenditures in excess of the original estimates.
THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Yelm, Washington do ordain as follows:
Section 1. The 1998 Budget amounts, as authorized by Ordinance No. 610,
expenditures and revenues for the operation of the government of the City of Yelm for
the fiscal year ending December 31, 1998, are increased by the following amounts:

Section 2. The budget for the year 1998 as amended by the changes in Section 1,
shall be filed in the office of the City Clerk and the budget is hereby adopted, ratified and
confirmed.
Section 3. The City Clerk is hereby directed to transmit this supplemental budget to
the Auditor of the State of Washington, Division of Municipal Corporations.
Section 4. This ordinance shall take effect five days following its publication.
