642 Adopt SEPA Development Regulations CITY OF YELM
ORDINANCE N0.642
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF YELM, WASHINGTON, RELATING TO adoption of
development regulations pursuant to the State Environmental Policy Act (SEPA), to include amendments
to Title 14, Chapter 14.04, State Environmental Policy Act, of the Yelm Municipal Code.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF YELM DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS.
Section 1. Title 14, Chapter 14.04, Section 14.04.010 shall be amended to include new sections of
the Washington Administrative Code (WAC) Chapter 197-11 (SEPA Rules). The following references,
to WAC sections, will be inserted:
WAC 197-11-158
WAC 197-11-164
WAC 197-11-168
WAC 197-11-172
WAC 197-11-238
WAC 197-11-355
Section 2. Severability. If any provisions of this ordinance or its application to any person or
circumstance is held invalid, the remainder of the ordinance or the application ~f the provisions to other
persons or circumstances is not affected.
Section 3. Effective Date. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effective five (5) days
following publication as provided by law.
