AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CITY OF YELM ORDINANCE N0.542 AND
YELM MUNICIPAL CODE SE ~ URSEMEN BRATEC

AND ESTABLISHING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, City Council members recognize costs incurred for using personal
vehicles while on city business have increased;
NOW, THEREFORE, The City Council of the City of Yelm, Washington, does
ordain as follows:
Section 1. Ordinance 542 and Yelm Municipal Code Section 2.21.010 are hereby
amended by the deletion of the following words:
twenty -nine cents per mile
and replacement with the following underlined words:
tlu__'_rty-two cents per mile
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in effect on and after January 1, 1999.
