AN ORDINANCE relating to innoculation of dogs for
purposes of rabies immuni.zatUhl repealing Ordinance
No. 63;. amending Ordinance No. 90.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF YELM, AS
follows:
Section 1: Town of Yelm Ordinance No. 63 is hereby repealed.
Section 2. Town of Yelm Ordinance No. 90 is amended by adding
a new section they follows:
"Section . All dogs in the Town of Yelm
shall be innoculated to immunize such dogs from the
disease known as rabies. The owner of each such
dog so innoculated shall cause said dog to wear a tag
furnished by the veterinarian innoculating such dog,
which tag shall indicate the place and date of such
innoculation. The Town Clerk shall issue no license
tag for any dog until the owner thereof shall have
furnished proof satisfactory to the Town Clerk that
said dog has been innoculated to immunize it against
rabies."
