ORDINANCE NO. 592
AN ORDINANCE amending the 1996 Budget, as adopted by
Ordinance 568, on December 13, 1995, by increasing the
appropriations of funds that received revenue and made
expenditures in excess of original estimates.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF YELM DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The 1996 Budget amounts, as authorized by Ordinance
No. 568, expenditures and revenues for the operation of the
government of the City of Yelm for the fiscal year ending December
31, 1996, is amended as follows:

Section 2. The budget for the year 1996 as amended by the
changes in Section 1, shall be filed in the office of the City
Clerk and is hereby adopted, ratified and confirmed.
Section 3. The City Clerk is hereby directed to transmit this
supplemental budget to the Auditor of the state of Washington,
Division of Municipal Corporations.
Section 4. This ordinance shall take effect five days following
its publication.
