584 Amend 578 Reuse FinanceCITY OF YELM
ORDINANCE NO. 584
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 3 OF ORDINANCE NO. 578 BY
EXTENDING THE REPAYMENT DATE AND ESTABLISHING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Yelm City Council authorized interfund loans
from UDAG (198) to Water Reuse (420) to allow work to continue on
the Water Reuse project until other funding sources become
available; and
WHEREAS, the two loans were combined in April of 1996 by
Ordinance No. 578, and;
WHEREAS, the Reuse Project is a critical element in meeting
Agreements entered into by the City;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF YELM, STATE OF
WASHINGTON, DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1.
Section 3. of Ordinance No. 578 is amended by insertion of the
following underlined text:
Repayment of this loan and interest is scheduled to begin
in April of 1997.
and deletion of the following:
Repayment of this loan and interest is scheduled to begin
in
Section 2. This Ordinance shall take effect five days following
publication.
