575 Amend Court Imprest FundCITY OF YELM
ORDINANCE NO. 575
AN ORDINANCE of the City of Yelm amending Ordinance No.
378 (6/90) and Yelm Municipal Code Section 3.60.010 by
increasing the number of change and imprest fund accounts
available for use by the City of Yelm Municipal Court and
establishing an effective date.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF YELM, WASHINGTON DOES ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Section 1 of City of Yelm Ordinance 378 and Yelm
Municipal Code Section 3.60.010 shall be amended by insertion of
the following underlined words:
There is created and established a change and imprest
fund within the Current Expense Fund, in an amount not to
exceed fifty dollars ($50) per Municipal Court Clerk to
be used as the individual clerk/cashier's change fund for
the Yelm Municipal Court for the purpose of making change
during the process of receiving payments due Yelm
Municipal Court.
SECTION 2. Effective Date. This ordinance shall be in
full force and effect five days following passage, approval and
publication.
