572 Amend 442 UI MinCITY OF YELM
ORDINANCE NO. 572
AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE of the City of Yelm amending
Ordinance No. 442 and corresponding sections of Title
10 of the Yelm Municipal Code by repealing and
replacing the stated blood alcohol level at which a
person is considered to be under the influence of or
affected by the use of intoxicating liquor and
establishing an effective date.
WHEREAS, the courts have overturned the stricter standard
adopted by many Washington municipalities; NOW THEREFORE,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF YELM, WASHINGTON, does
hereby ordain as follows:
Section 1. Ordinance No. 442 and Yelm Municipal Code ..Title
10 is amended as follows: k
