571 Amend 95 Budget DARECITY OF YELM
ORDINANCE NO. 571
AN ORDINANCE amending the 1995 Budget, adopted under
Ordinance 540, on December 28, 1994, by increasing the
appropriations of departments within the YPD DARE, YPD
Substance Abuse, City Streets, DARE, Skateboard Park,
Water and water Reuse Funds from funds received in excess
of estimated revenues for those funds.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF YELM DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The 1995 Budget amounts, as authorized under
Ordinance No. 540, expenditures and revenues for the operation of
the government of the City of Yelm for the fiscal year ending
December 31, 1995, is amended as follows:

Section 2. That the budget for the year 1995 is amended to
provide for the changes as outlined above and filed in the office
of the City Clerk and is hereby adopted, ratified and confirmed.
Section 3. The City Clerk is hereby directed to transmit this
supplemental budget to the Auditor of the state of Washington,
Division of Municipal Corporations.
Section 4. This ordinance shall take effect five days following
its publication.
