AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CITY OF YELM EMPLOYEE SALARY
SCHEDULE FOR THE CALENDAR YEAR 1993, CITY OF YELM
ORDINANCE NO. 450, SECTION 2, APPENDIX II.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF YELM, WASHINGTON DO ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City of Yelm Employee Salary Schedule for the
calendar year 1993, Appendix II annexed to Ordinance No. 450 and
incorporated therein by reference, be and the same is amended to
provide for the following changes as hereby annexed and filed in
the office of the City Clerk and is hereby adopted, ratified, and
confirmed.
SECTION 2. Increased duties and responsibilities being undertaken
by the City Hall Office Assistant I position due to the absence of
the City Treasurer warrant a fitting increase in salary commencing
on the first day of September 1993. The Employee Salary Schedule is
hereby amended by deletion of the following language:
and by substituting in the place and stead of the deleted language
the following language to wit:
City Hall Office Assistant I .....................$1,298.00 p/month
SECTION 3. Effective Date. This Ordinance shall take effect on
the 22nd day of September, 1993, being a date not less than five
(5) days following publication.
PASSED AND APPROVED by the City Council and approved by the Mayor
of the City of Yelm, Washington, at a regular meeting thereof this
8th day of September, 1993.
