WHEREAS, funds are needed periodically to cover unexpected costs
arising from an emergency or disaster,
NOW THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF YELM, STATE OF
WASHINGTON, DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1• to be known as bhe Emergency/Disastere Fundy(Fund Nom

SECTION 2. Monies contained in the Emergency/Disaster Fund
(Fund No. 106 ) may be used only for payment of expenses due to
the occurrence of an emergency and/or disaster in the City of Yelm
or as called upon to assist other jurisdictions.
