ORDINANCE NO. 478
AN ORDINANCE CREATING A FUND FOR THE RECEIPT AND
EXPENDITURE OF DONATIONS TO THE YELM TIMBERLAND LIBRARY.
WHEREAS, donations are received periodically for the benefit of the
Yelm Timberland Library,
NOW THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF YELM, STATE OF
WASHINGTON, DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. There is hereby created within the City of Yelm
Budget a fund to be known as the Yelm Library Donation Fund (Fund
No. 108 ). There shall be deposited in said fund all monies
received from public or private sources for the purpose set forth
in Section 2 below. The City Clerk is hereby directed to transfer
$ 398.00 from the Current Fund (001) to the Yelm Library Donation
Fund.
SECTION 2. Revenue to the Yelm Library Fund shall consist of
monies derived from public and private sources for specified
improvements and expenditures related to the Yelm Timberland
Library.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be effective on September 8,
1993, being a date not less than five (5) days after publication.
