ORDINANCE NO. 463
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE YELM MUNICIPAL CODE TO PROVIDE FOR
THE SETTING OF ANIMAL LICENSING FEES AND VIOLATION SENTENCING
GUIDELINE FEES BY RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL.
WHEREAS, to ensure that the City of Yelm is able to recover an
appropriate share of its actual costs associated with licensing and
enforcement requirements of Yelm's Animal Control Ordinance, it is
in the best interests of the public and the City of Yelm to provide
for a ready and efficient means of responding to changing costs;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF YELM DO
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section 15 of Ordinance No. 356 and Section
6.08.150 (A.) through (H.) of the Yelm Municipal Code are hereby
amended by deleting the following language:
and by substituting in place of each the following language:
Sentencing Guideline Fees are set by resolution of the City
Council.
Section 2. Section 4, C of Ordinance 356 and Section 6.08.040
(C) of Yelm Municipal Code are hereby amended by deletion of the
following language:
