AN ORDINANCE relating to the municipal water supply system of
the town of Yelm, and amending Section 1., Subsection D. of
Ordinance i1o. 130.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL ~' THE TOWN OF YELM as follows:
Section 1. Section 1. Subsection D of Ordinance No 130 is
hereby amended to read as follows:
"Section 1.
D: All water bills shall be due and payable on the first
day of each calendar month. In the event that aru- such bill
shall not be paid by the twentieth day of any month, water
service to such delinquent consumer shall be terminated by the
Water Superintendent without notice, and will not be restored
until such bill, together with a service charge of Five Dollars
($5.00) for terminating and restoring water service, has been
paid .'~
Section 2. This ordinance is necessary for the preservation of
the public peace, health and safety, and shall take effect immediately
upon its passage and publication.
