AN ORDINA2ICE relating to the operation of the municipal water
system of the Town of Yelm, and amending Section !~. of
Ordinance '~o. 108
BE IT ORDAINEI? BY THE COUNCIL OF THE TOW2J OF YELrI AS FOLLOYJS
Section 1. Section !~. of Ordinance No. 108 is hereby amended
to read as fo lows:
"Section !~. Said front footage charge shall be paid at the
time of the connection to such water main, or if the owner
shall elect to pay the same in monthly installments, the
owner shall at that time pay 1/36 of such connection charge
and the remaining 35/36 shall, by such election, be assessed
aga3.nst such real property and be A~yable in equal monthly
installments over the ensuing thirty-five months. If the
owner or some person on his hehalf shall fail to pay such
installments, the Town of Yelm shall have the right to dis-
connect such service connection.'
Section 2. This ordinance is necessary for the preservation
of the public p ealth and safety, and shall take effect immediately
upon its passage and publication.
