AN ORDINANCE relating to penalties for violation of
ordinances of the Town of Yelm; repealing
Section !i3 of Ordinance No. 8; and declaring
an emergency
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF YELM AS FOLL(~nTS
Section 1. Every person convicted by .the police justice or
municipal court of a violation of the criminal provisions of any ordinance
of the Town of Yelm for which no punishment is specifically prescribed in
the ordinance shall be punished by a fine cf not more than five hundred
dollars or imprisonment in jail for a period not to exceed six months or
both such fine and imprisonment.
Section 2. Section 1~3 of Ordinance Number 8 is hereby re-
pealed.
Section 3. This ordinance is necessary for the preservation
of the public peace, health and safety, and shall take effect immediately
upon its passage and publication.
