932 Budget Amend Water Redemption 401CITY OF YELM
ORDINANCE NO. 932
AN ORDINANCE of the City of Yelm amending the 2009/2010 City of
Yelm Budget, adopted by Ordinance No. 898 (12/08), by increasing the
operating budgeted amount for the Water Fund (405), operating transfer
out of Water Fund (401) and transfer in to the Water Revenue Debt
Redemption Fund (405) and declaring an effective date.
WHEREAS, the Water Revenue Bond of $10,965,000 was appropriated
in September 2010 for certain additions and betterments of the Water Utility in
the City; and
WHEREAS, the Water Revenue Debt Fund is funded by operating
transfers from the Water Fund; and
WHEREAS, the first interest-only payment of $100,656.15 is due in
December 2010,
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF YELM, WASHINGTON
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The 2009/2010 City of Yelm Budget is amended by the transfer from the
Water Fund 401 597 80 72 05 to Fund 405 397 80 72 05 by increasing
the operating budgeted amount for the Water Revenue Fund, the transfer
out from the Water Fund and increasing the transfer in to the Water
Revenue Debt Redemption Fund by $100,656.15.

Section 2. Ratify and Confirmation Clause -Any action taken pursuant to this
