Mayor Harding called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.
Roll Call. Present: Don Miller, Joe Baker, Bob Isom, and Russ Hendrickson.
Tracey Wood arrived at Agenda Item 8. John Thompson and Mike McGowan absent.

8. New Business
Ordinance No. 932 Budget Amendment 2010 Debt Payment Water Revenue
a. Janine Schnepf reviewed the staff report amending the 2010 Budget to facilitate the
transfer of funds from the Water Utility fund to the Debt Redemption fund to pay the first
interest payment due on the 2010 Water Revenue Bond. Funding for certain additions
and betterments of the Water Utility was appropriated in 2010 with the acquisition of the
$10,965,000 Water Revenue Bond requiring the first interest payment in December
2010. The budget amendment transfers those funds from the Water Utility into the
Water Debt Redemption revenue fund.

9. Old Business Mayor and Council Initiatives
Councilmember Baker attended the Intercity Transit meeting and Yelm Senior Center.
The Senior Center reported a healthy financial picture with the receipt of a grant from
the Red Wind 2% Committee, allowing the center to replace worn flooring.
Mayor Harding thanked the Council for attending the final meeting of 2010.

Council pre-agenda for January 7, 2011 meeting
