527 Irrigation AmendedCITY OF YELM
RESOLUTION NUMBER 527
AMENDING THE 2011 IRRIGATION WATER BUDGET ADOPTED BY RESOLUTION 522 IN
ORDER TO ADD BUDGETS FOR NEW DEVELOPMENTS
WHEREAS, Section 13.04.097 YMC states that the City reserves the right for any
cause to make any order regulating forbidding or restricting the use of water for
irrigation or sprinkling or any other non-essential outside usage; and
WHEREAS, the Yelm City Council adopted Resolution Number 522 on March 8,
2011 pursuant to Section 13.04.097 YMC; and
WHEREAS, Resolution 522 established a water budget for all irrigation users with
irrigation meters in the City; and
WHEREAS, since adoption of Resolution 522, two new developments are to the
point at which landscaping has been installed pursuant to City requirements; and
WHEREAS, water budgets for these developments have been calculated using the
same formula as the water budgets adopted pursuant to Resolution 522.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Yelm
that Exhibit A of Resolution 522 is hereby amended with the following additional water
budgets:
