672 Amend Salary PlannerCITY OF YELM
ORDINANCE NO. 672
AN ORDINANCE amending the 1999 Budget, City of Yelm
Ordinance No. 641, and Appendix Il, Page 5 of the City of Yelm 1999
Salary Benefit Costs Schedule by redistributing costs to reflect areas
of work and establish a date as an effective date.
WHEREAS, the City Planner assumed responsibility as the city staff
representative for the Yelm Tree Advisory Board, effective February 1, 1999; and
WHEREAS, expenses for work performed by the Planner as staff representative
for the Yelm "Tree Advisory Board, should be expended from the Tree Fund (Fund 116);
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Yelm, Thurston County,
Washington does hereby ordain:
Section 1. Ordinance 641, Appendix II, Page 5 is amended as follows:

Section 2. The new salary and benefit cost distribution shall begin with the September 1999
payroll period.
Section 3. Effective Date: This ordinance shall become effective five days following its
passage, approval and publication, as required by law.
