676 Budget Amend Arterial StreetCITY OF YELM
ORDINANCE NO. 676
AN ORDINANCE of the City of Yelm amending 1999 Budget Ordinance 641
(12/98) by increasing the 1999 Revenue and Expenditure allocation for the
Arterial Street Fund from $454,462.00 to $489,462.00 and declaring an effective
date.
WHEREAS, the City's share of costs for the Edwards Street project have exceeded the
amount originally budgeted for the project and;
WHEREAS, the Yelm City Council recognizes an obligation to meet project costs and
provide timely payment to contractors for services performed and materials provided as needed
for the project;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Yelm, Thurston County,
Washington does hereby ordain:
Section 1. 1999 Budget Ordinance 641 is amended to reflect the following changes:
Current Fund Expenditure Line 001 000 000 597 00 07 00
Transfer Out/ 102 EDWARDS STREET $14,900 $49.000
Arterial Street Fund Revenue Line 102 000 000 397 00 07 00
Transfer In/001 CURRENT FUND $44-

Section 2. The Arterial Street Fund (102) 1999 Budgeted Revenue and Expenditure
Amounts are increased to reflect the following change:
Revenue /Expenditure $454, $489,462
Section 3. Effective Date: this ordinance shall become effective on and after November 10,
1999.
