340 Ad Valorem 1988Tom OF YELM ORDINANCE N0. 340 AN ORDINANCE determining the estimated amount of revenue to be raised by ad valorem taxes for the Town of Yelm for the fiscal year 1988, and fixing the amount of ad valorem taxes to be levied for the Town of Yelm for the fiscal year 1988. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF YELM, THURSTON COUNTY, STATE OF WASHINGTON, as follows: Section 1. The estimated revenue to be raised by general levy ad valorem taxes for the Town of Yelm for the fiscal year 1988 is $99,328.00. Section 2. Ad valorem taxes for the fiscal year 1988 are hereby fixed and levied upon all real and personal property subject to taxation in all assessment districts of the Town of Yelm and upon each dollar of taxable value thereof, in the maximum sum of $3.375 per each and every $1,000.00 of the statutory valuation of said property, subject to the limitation thereof as provided in Sections 84.55.010 and 84.40.030 of the Revised Code of Washington. Section 3. The taxes herin provided are levied for the purpose of raising revenue sufficient to pay for a portion of the Current Fund and for the operation of the different departments of the municipal government of the Town of Yelm for the fiscal year beginning January 1, 1988, and ending December 31, 1988, and said taxes are hereby levied upon all real and personal property within the Town of Yelm subject to taxation for municipal purposes as shown on the assessment rolls of Thurston County and the State of Washington and upon the assessed valuation thereof as finally certified by the Thurston County Assessor. 10 (2-1 Ronald G.
