AN ORDINANCE de term i n i ng the c:s t i ma. Led amount, of revenue to be
raised by ad valorem taxes for the City of Yelm for the fiscal year --�
1992 and fixing the amount of ad valorem taxes to be levied for the
City of Yelm for the fiscal year 1992.
BE 11' ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF YELM, THURSTON
COUNTY, STATE OF WASHINGTON, as follows:
Section .1_ The estimated revenue t ' o be raised by general levy
ad valorem taxes for the City of YeIm for the fiscal year 1992 is
$162,855.
Section 2.
Ad valorem taxes
for the .fiscal year 1992 are
hereby fixed and
levied upon
all real
and personal property subject to
taxation in all
assessment
districts
for the City of Yelm and upon
each dollar of taxable value
thereof,
in the sum of $3.10 per each and
every $1,000.00
of the statutory valuation of said property, subj(-;ct
to the limitation thereof as
provided
in Sections 84.55.010, 84.40.030
and 27.12.390 of
the Revised
Code of Washington.
Section 3, taxes herein provided are levied for the
purpose of raising revenue sufficient to pay for a portion of the
Current Fund and for the operation of the different departments of the
municipal government of the City of Yelm for the fiscal year beginning
January 1, 1992, and ending December 31, 1992, and said taxes are
hereby levied upon all real and personal property within the City of
Yelm subject to taxation for municipal purposes as shown 'on the
assessment rolls of Thurston County and the State of Washington and
upon the assessed valuation thereof as finally certified by the
Thurston County Assessor.
