ORDINANCE N0. 418
AN ORDINANCE relating to the location and operating hours of
the office of the City Clerk and amending Section 7 of City
of Yelm Ordinance No. 189 and Section 2.20.060 of the Yelm
Municipal Code.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF YELM DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section 1 of City of Yelm Ordinance No. 189 and
Section 2.20.060 of Yelm Municipal Code be and the same
are hereby amended to read as follows:
The office of the city clerk shall be in the City Hall of the city and
shall be open for public business Monday through Friday-of each week
excepting legal holidays as prescribed by laws of the state and /or by
ordinances of the City of Yelm. Hours of operation shall be as set by
resolution of the city council from time to time.
Section 2. Effective Date. This ordinance shall become effective
five (5) days from and after its passage, approval and publication as
provided by law.
Passed by the city council and approved by the Mayor of the City of
Yelm, Washington, at a regular meeting thereof this 26th day of
November 1991.
