ORDINANCE NO. 419
AN ORDINANCE establishing the date, time and place of
regular meetings of the Yelm City Council and repealing
Section 2 of Ordinance 16 and repealing Ordinance 125, 253
and 282 in their entirety and amending Section 2.04.010 of
^— the Yelm Municipal Code.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF YELM DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section 2.04.010 of the Yelm Municipal Code is hereby
amended to read as follows:
The Yelm City Council shall hold regular meetings on the second and
fourth Wednesdays of each month. Regular meetings of the Yelm City
Council shall commence at the hour of 7:30 o'clock P.M. in the Yelm
City Hall, Yelm, Thurston County, Washington.
Section 2. The following Ordinances are repealed:
Section 2 of City of Yelm Ordinance 16, and City of Yelm Ordinance
125, City of Yelm Ordinance 253 and City of Yelm Ordinance 282 in
their entirety.
Effective Date. This ordinance shall become effective five (5) days
from and after its passage, approval and publication as provided by
law.
Passed by the city council and approved by the Mayor of the City
of Yelm, Washington, at a regular meeting thereof this 26th day of
November 1991.
