422 Budget 1992 Salay Schedule026 CITY OF YELM ORDINANCE NO. 422 AN ORDINANCE APPROVING AND ADOPTING A MUNICIPAL BUDGET AND EMPLOYEE SALARY SCHEDULE FOR THE CALENDAR YEAR, 1992. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF YELM, THURSTON COUNTY, STATE OF WASHINGTON, AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. The monies in the several funds of the City Treasury identified in Appendix I, annexed hereto and by this reference incorporated as though here fully set forth, or so much thereof as shall be found necessary, are hereby budgeted and appropriated for the calendar year 1992, to be used for the purposes for which said funds have been established and maintained. Section 2. The 1992 monthly salaries and 1992 hourly salary rates for officers and employees of the City of Yelm shall be, and the same hereby are, fixed and established as set forth in the "1992 Salary Schedule ", annexed hereto as Appendix II hereof, and by this reference incorporated herein as though here fully set forth. Section 3. Sick leave, vacation, holidays, medical and dental benefits shall in calendar year 1992 be accumulated and provided by officers and employees of the City of Yelm in the manner set forth in the "1992 Benefit Schedule ", annexed hereto as Appendix III thereof, and by this reference incorporated herein as though here fully set. forth. Section 4. PAGE 55, 031 APPENDIX III BENEFITS SICK LEAVE, ALL FULL -TIME EMPLOYEES: (145 hours per month or more). Sick leave will be accumulated at the rate of one (1) day per month. Upon termination of employment for reasons other than dismissal for misfeasance or malfeasance, each employee will be paid for twenty -five percent (25 %) of the total number of days accumulated sick leave at the rate of pay applicable for such employee at the time of termination; provided; however, payment for accumulated sick leave shall not exceed an amount equal to two months full salary or equivalent wage. PAID VACATION, ALL FULL -TIME EMPLOYEES: (145 hours per month) Each employee covered by this agreement shall be entitled to vacation with pay following the anniversary date of employment with the City of Yelm, such vacation shall accrue in the following manner: First and Second Year 10 Days Third and Fourth Year 13 Days Fifth Year 15 Days Sixth Year and beyond 15 Days plus one (1) additional vacation day for each year of employment to a maximum of 30 combined vacation days.
