540 PD Vehicle Use ReimbursementRESOLUTION NO. 540
A RESOLUTION of the City Council of the City of Yelm, Washington,
authorizing the use and reimbursement of funds of the General (Current)
Fund for one (1) 2013 Chevrolet Tahoe vehicle for use by the Yelm Police
Department.
Whereas, the City of Yelm (the "Local Agency") expects to reimburse the expenditures
described herein with the proceeds of a financing contract to be entered into by the Local Agency
(the "Reimbursement Obligation") with the State of Washington through the Local Agency
Financing Contract Series 2013D, authorized in Ordinance No. 972.
Whereas, the expenditures with respect to which the Local Agency expects to be
reimbursed from the proceeds of Reimbursement Obligations are for one (1) 2013 Chevrolet
Tahoe vehicle.
Whereas, the expenditures with respect to which the Local Agency expects to be
reimbursed from the proceeds of Reimbursement Obligations will be made from City of Yelm's
General (Current) Fund.
Whereas, the maximum principal amount of Reimbursement Obligations expected to be
issued for the property described is $28,832.71.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF YELM, WASHINGTON that the use and reimbursement of funds of the General (Current)
fund for one (1) 2013 Chevrolet Tahoe vehicle for use by the Yelm Police Department be
approved.
