CITY COUNCIL MINUTES, WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 6, 1995, 4:30 PM
CITY HALL COUNCIL CHAMBERS

Numbers
Mayor Wolf called the meeting to order at 4: 45 pm, and
explained that the purpose of the meeting was to discuss a
legal matter.
Council present: Velma Curry, Martha Parsons, Don Miller,
Amos Lawton and Bob Gallagher. Guests: none. Staff:
Jim Blundell, Owens Davies Mackie, Shelly Badger, and Agnes
Colombo.
Jim Blundell arrived at 4:46 pm. He requested that Council
go to executive session to discuss this issue.
The regular meeting was reopened by Mayor Wolf at 5:20 pm.
Jim Blundell was thanked for his assistance.
Mayor Wolf requested that Randy Tate's visit to the UCBO be
confirmed and council notified.
