PERSONNEL POLICIES
REVISION 2005.03
A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Yelm, Washington approving amendments
to the City of Yelm Personnel Policies.
WHEREAS, the Yelm City Council first adopted Personnel Policies in 1992 and
periodic revisions have been made as necessary; and
WHEREAS, the Yelm City Council finds it to be in the best interests of the City and
City employees to set forth in writing the policies of the City with respect to employment;
and
WHEREAS, changes being approved include the following:

WHEREAS, these changes have been reviewed by Department Heads and
incorporate recommendations of legal advisors to meet changing legal requirements or to
better define employer expectations;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF YELM, WASHINGTON:
Section 1 The attached City of Yelm Personnel Policies, Revision 2005.02 are hereby
adopted and shall be in force immediately and until amended or changed by action of the
Yelm City Council.
Section 2. Copies of the attached policies shall be distributed to all current and future
employees of the City of Yelm.
