RESOLUTION NO. 459
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF YELM, WASHINGTON TO
SEGREGATE ORIGINAL ASSESSMENTS UNDER UTILITY LOCAL
IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO.1, PURSUANT TO SECTION 35.44.410
OF THE REVISED CODE OF WASHINGTON
WHEREAS the City of Yelm has received written application from the
property owner of the plat knows as Mountain Sunrise to combine and segregate
two original assessments within the Utility Local Improvement District No.1 in
accordance with Section 35.44.410 of the Revised Code of Washington
WHEREAS the parcels to be affected by this segregation action are
described in the adopting ordinance as assessment numbers 18 and 19 of Utility
Local Improvement District No 1. and identified in the records of Thurston
County Assessors Office as tax parcel numbers 22717330100 and 64301200100;
and
WHEREAS the existing parcel configuration IS shown on the map
attached hereto as Exhibit A; and
WHEREAS the sum of the combined assessment amounts placed on these
parcels is $196,900.20, as set forth in the final assessment roll confirmed and
adopted in Ordinance No 674 on September 29, 1999; and
WHEREAS the revised parcel configuration is shown on the map
attached as Exhibit B; and
WHEREAS this segregation will not jeopardize the security of the liens
for the assessments or reduce the security for any outstanding local improvement
district obligations payable from such assessment;
NOW THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
YELM, WASHINGTON DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Segregation shall be made on the original assessment roll of
Local Improvement District No. 1 which was confirmed and adopted by
Ordinance No. 674 on September 29, 1999.

Section 2. Segregation shall affect assessment account numbers 01-018
and 01-019 of Utility Local Improvement District No.1 as described in the
adopting ordinance and identified as Thurston County Assessor tax parcel
numbers 64301200100 & 22717330100.
Section 3. Segregation shall result in 55 new parcels with proportional
assessments representing one Equivalent Residential Unit for each projected
individual building lot. The confirmed assessment amounts for these new parcels
shall total $ 196,900.20 as shown in Exhibit C, which is equal to the sum of the
combined assessment amounts before segregation.
ADOPTED by the Council of the City ofYelm, Washington at its regular
meeting on the 26th Day of October, 2005.
