Work session to review draft Protocol Manual opened at 4:00 p.m.
Review of the draft Protocol Manual for Mayor and City Council was completed.
Shelly will make the necessary adjustments and prepare for adoption of the manual at the regular City
Council meeting on December 11, 2002.
