CITY OF YELM
RESOLUTION NO. 431
A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE 2002-2008 YELM COMPREHENSIVE
WATER PLAN.
WHEREAS, Yelm City Council reviewed water system needs for the City of Yelm
and established priorities for the construction or acquisition of necessary system
improvements; and
WHEREAS, Yelm City Council conducted open public meetings exploring the Draft
2002-2008 Water Comprehensive Plan beginning in September of 2001; and
WHEREAS, Yelm City Council conducted a duly advertised public hearing on
December 12, 2001 and following that hearing did adopt water rates and hook-up fees
based upon the 2002-2008 City of Yelm Water Comprehensive Plan; and
WHEREAS, the 2002-2008 City of Yelm Water Comprehensive Water Plan
received the approval of the State of Washington Department of Health on September
16, 2002;
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Yelm,
Washingt09' this 25th day of September, 2002, that the 2002-2008 Yelm Water
Comprehe 1sive Water Plan is approved as the Water Plan for the City of Yelm.
