571 Adoption of Sewer Facilities PlanCITY OF YELM
RESOLUTION NUMBER 571
ADOPTION OF A SEWER FACILITIES PLAN
WHEREAS, the City of Yelm provides sanitary sewer service for the community;
and
WHEREAS, the City of Yelm received National Pollution Discharge Elimination
System Discharge Permit No. WA0040762 from the Washington State Department of
Ecology permitting the City to provide such service; and
WHEREAS, the aforementioned permit required submittal of an approvable
facilities plan as a condition of the approval of the City of Yelm's General Sewer Plan
adopted in July of 2013; and
WHEREAS, such facilities plan was submitted on June 27, 2016 to the Washington
State Department of Ecology and subsequently approved on October 21, 2016;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Yelm City Council to adopt the
City of Yelm Sewer Facilities Plan, including all volumes, chapters, and appendices.
