A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF YELM SEITING A NEW STEP TANK PERMIT
FEE FOR THE SEWER SYSTEM AND REPEALING RESOLUTION NO. 380.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City ofYelm has determined that a "Equivalent Residential Unit" (ERU)
fee be assessed to fund debt repayment for the upgrade of the wastewater treatment facility to produce Class
A reclaimed water. the reclaimed water distribution system and construction of wetlands.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF YELM, THURSTON
COUNTY. WASHINGTON, as follows:

approved in Ordinance No. 607
(fee at building permit in
addition to LID assessment)
$2,480.00 per ERU, due at building permit issuance.

$4,850.00 per ERU, due at building permit issuance.
Section 3. Effective date. Effective <.late of Resolution No. 400 shall be April 26, 2000.
Adopted this 26th day of April 2000.
