CITY OF YELM
RESOLUTION NO. 397
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A
PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH PUBLIC
FINANCE INC., TO PROVIDE LOCAL IMPROVEMENT
DISTRICT ADMINISTRATION SERVICES.
WHEREAS, Council consideration of staffing, equipment, and space requirement costs for
administration of Local Improvement District No. 1 have been examined; and
WHEREAS, ongoing costs to the City will exceed the costs of outsourcing the tasks involved
with administration of Local Improvement District No.1;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF YELM DOES RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
The Mayor Pro-Tempore is hereby authorized to execute a professional services agreement
with Public Finance Inc., to provide local improvement district administration services for the City of
Yelm.
