Ordinance Noe. 49" 'provided for the 'establishment of a, garbage disposal
syst-em for the operation of the - Town of Yelm, and
'VlHEREAS" by Section 4 of said Ordinance; the Council is

time rules and regulations that it deems necessary in addition 'to
those provided., for in the Ordinance, and to fix rates for the
collection, ,hauling and disposal of garbage and
