MOTION BY VELMA CURRY, SECONDED BY MARTHA PARSONS APPROVING THE
AGENDA AS PRINTED. CARRIED.
Minutes Approval.
MOTION BY GLEN CUNNINGHAM, SECONDED BY MARTHA PARSONS
APPROVING THE MINUTES OF MAY 26, 1999, WITH THE DELETION OF GLENN
DUNNAM. CARRIED.
Voucher Approval.
MOTION BY GLEN CUNNINGHAM, SECONDED BY ADAM RIVAS APPROVING
PAYMENT OF CHECKS 10842-10904 & 10911, TOTALING $662,768.48. tARRIED.
Payroll Approval.
,MOTION BY MARTHA PARSONS, SECONDED BY VELMA CURRY APPROVING THE
FINAL MAY 1999 PAYROLL. CARRIED.

Old Business:
Shelly Badger stated that there would be a joint worksession between Planning and City
Council on July 6, 1999 at 4 p.m., to discuss the work that has been done on the ordinance for
telecommunications.

c. Mayor - ABC luncheon, Mayor's Forum in Tenino, Chamber meeting with Don Miller,
Shelly Badger and Glen Cunningham, Lion's!Women's Blood Drive, permission to sign
Proclamation for June, Hire a Veteran Month.
d. Council--:- Glen Cunningham attended school awards with Shelly Badger, Adam Rivas and
Don Miller. Asked approval for Chief Dunnam to attend a domestic violence seminar in
Reno.
99-97 MOTION BY ADAM RIVAS, SECONDED BY DON MILLER APPROVING
ATTENDANCE OF DOMESTIC VIOLENCE SEMINAR BY GLENN DUNNAM.
CARRIED.
