Council Worksession Minutes
Wednesday, June 26, 1996

Subject: BuildingjEquipmentjSpacejStaff Projections
Present: Mayor Wolf, Councilmembers: Amos Lawton, Martha Parsons,
Don Miller Adam Rivas, and Velma Curry. Staff: Shelly
Badger, Ken Garmann, and Agnes Bennick.
Copies of each departments projections were distributed. Shelly
Badger reviewed the overview sheet projecting city-wide needs on
a yearly basis for staffing and space thru 2011. .Additional
information provided in the overview and discussed included total
square footage currently available city-wide, existing debt
capacity, and available resources.
The Admin and Public Works Departments expl.ained the process
followed in preparing their projections.
