1. Mayor Foster called the meeting to order at 7:45 p.m.
2. Present: Council member's: Tad Stillwell, Joe DePinto, Tracey Wood, Russ Hendrickson and
Jennifer Littlefield. Excused: Molly Carmody and EJ Curry.
Staff present: Public Works Director Chad Bedlington, and City Clerk/HR Lori Mossman, City
Administrator Michael Grayum, Finance Director Joe Wolfe, Police Chief Todd Stancil, Court
Administrator Sonia Ramirez and Community Development Director Grant Beck.
Public Works Director Chad Bedlington gave a presentation on the 2018 Budget for the Public
Works Department. Chad also gave a presentation on potential Increases to water and sewer
monthly bills and what capital projects the Increased revenue would be used to finance.
After much discussion, the consensus of the Council is for the Public Works Director to bring an
Ordinance to an upcoming Council meeting for their approval.
