1. Mayor Foster called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m.
2. Roll Call Present: EJ Curry, Molly Carmody, Cody Colt, Tad Stillwell, Tracey
Wood, Joe DePinto and Terry Kaminski.
3. Agenda Approval
18-073 MOTION BY TAD STILLWELL TO APPROVE THE AGENDA AS PRESENTED.
SECONDED BY MOLLY CARMODY. 7-0, MOTION CARRIED.

6. New Business: A Motion will be proposed to rescind or amend Resolution No.
590, Authorizing the Purchase of Real Estate, adopted during the May 22, 2018
Regular City Council Meeting.
Bob Isom spoke in favor of the real estate purchase.
Dwayne Mathis spoke against the real estate purchase.
NO MOTION WAS MADE.

WOOD. 7-0, MOTION CARRIED.
